"The team set up by the Company during the summer market, which just ended, is roughly what we thought at the design stage” - said the coach of Trentino Volley Radostin Stoytchev commenting on the closing of negotiations in Bologna -. “I'm so pleased with all the new players who have been hired; they all have one important thing in common: they want to win and potentially can do that because we are talking about talented and prospective athletes. We will be a very different team from the previous season and for this we will need some time to acquire the necessary game’s automatism. I will have on my disposal the two best blocker of last season, Solé and Van de Voorde, and several other players that in this skill are well prepared, such as Djuric, Nelli, Bratoev, Giannelli, Urnaut, Lanza and Antonov. For this reason I say that the block and also the defense will have to be two of our strengths and to develop a clear continuity of ball exchange for sure we will have to work harder, starting essentially from scratch. The real problem is that we will face the first important official engagements without being able to make even a full week of preparation. For this reason we will play the Super Cup, the first league games and the Champions League counting only on the abilities of the individual and not on a team run-in. All this of course is negative but I guarantee that we will do  the best as always."
“Certainly it will be an interesting Super League and perhaps more balanced than in the past “- said the coach Bulgarian -; “several teams have reinforced considerably. I see Treia, Modena and Perugia in front of us but then there is Trento together with Verona. However, this is only a partial judgment because after renovating so much our team, only day by day we will find out what we are made of. It will be a very tough and compressed season; do not have the opportunity to prepare it completely is definitely penalizing".
